It’s officially Spring.

Swimming suit season is right around the corner.

The process is fun and exciting. Looks a little something like this:

Days 1-10 Cleanse Phase

Hillary, a girlfriend of mine, wanted to kick start her health and fitness goals prior to entering Spring. She was committed to the process and ready to put her mind and body’s health first. She trusted me. I trusted her to stay committed.

Throughout the process, I provide meal guides, recipes, workouts and guidance to maximize one’s potential results for the Challenge. A coach if you will. The easier a process is laid out, the more prepared a challenger will be, resulting in efficient and effective results.

Here is a little background on Hillary:

Occupation: Sales Coordinator (Former badass Women’s Soccer Athlete for Western Michigan University).

Current Location: Denver, Colorado

Sex: (yes please…haha, sorry had to throw an Austin Powers line in there!)


Prior to starting the Challenge, Hillary weighed in.

Day 1: 153

Shortly after starting the Challenge, things were definitely changing:

After a few days in, my body feels…

Starting to feel “refreshed”. The first couple days I was feeling a little tired but today (day 3) I am feeling better and more energized.

After a few days in, my mind feels…

Less cluttered. 

I know I am going to rock this Challenge because…

After a couple days into the Challenge I am more aware of what I am putting into my body and realize what I put in directly effects what I get out. I am excited to see what 24 days can do (what bad habits I can break) and how I can transform my body.

Hillary checked in regularly throughout the Challenge.

Day 5 Weigh in: 149 (Down 4 lbs!!!)

Final weigh in: 147 (Lost a grand total of 6 lbs!!!)

For someone who is already pretty solid and strong, 6 lbs is an impressive weight loss in 24 Days. Not only did she lose unwanted lbs, her mind and health goals had a renewed sense of clarity at Day 24. Rockstar Status.

Definitely feel better and am motivated to keep going to the gym because I still have some pounds to lose and areas that can definitely be tightened up! The challenge reminded me of how hard I can actually work if I just commit to doing it. I’m also more aware of what I’m putting into my body and how the good and the bad make me feel.

My advice: always listen to your body, listen to your mind. Respond accordingly. Stay committed to the process (whatever process you embody). Results come to those who stay the course. Clearly, things that work and stick take time. Don’t give up on you. You earned the right to feel and look amazing. Now go on with your bad self 😉

Someday I will feel the same emotion 🙂 Also what I suggest to a lot of people is to start with committing to the first cleanse phase (Herbal Cleanse, Spark and optional add ins like Omega Plus or Catalyst) This was it is a little more cost effective and you get the same jump start everyone is looking for.
